This retreat is a chance to step away from the everyday, spend time with friends, meet new ones, and enjoy plenty of uninterrupted sewing time – all while supporting the work of the MBCH.

Your retreat registration includes your sewing space, scheduled meals, and a FREE retreat goodie bag!
Hotel accommodations are not included in the retreat registration fee.

We will be staying at the AmericInn by Wyndham Branson & Conference Center.
Special Retreat Rate: $89 per night
Double occupancy is available if you would like to share a room.
The special hotel rate is available through January 16, 2027, so be sure to reserve your room early.
Retreat Schedule
Wednesday, February 17
Arrive after 3:00 PM for hotel check-in and retreat load-in. Get settled, set up your sewing space, and get ready for a great week together.
Dinner is on your own.
Thursday, February 18
Sewing begins at 8:00 AM.
Breakfast (provided by the hotel) and lunch are provided.
An optional day trip to Sight & Sound Theatre will be available.
Dinner is on your own.
Friday, February 19
Sewing begins at 8:00 AM.
Breakfast (provided by the hotel), lunch, and dinner are provided.
Saturday, February 20
Sewing begins at 8:00 AM.
Breakfast (provided by the hotel), lunch, and dinner are provided.
Sunday, February 21
Enjoy breakfast provided by the hotel before packing up and heading home.
Hotel checkout is by 11:00 AM.
