The Lowe Frillman Campus is located in the St. Louis suburb of Bridgeton. This campus serves as the Corporate Headquarters for the MBCH family of corporations. The Blake Administration Building, Coleman House, Joyce and Carol Pillsbury Building, Thompson and Johnson Cottages, Ranch Oak Cottage, Kenison Complex, Johnson Complex, Barnes Building, Campus Store, Pavilion, Edmundson Road Baptist Church Spiritual Life Center and housing for staff and Transitional Living teenagers are all located on this campus.
These facilities are used by the following programs of MBCH Children and Family Ministries: Foster/Adoptive Services, Pregnancy Services, Transitional Living Program, and the Counselling Center.

The Hutchens Campus is located in Mt. Vernon and was opened in 1986. This campus features the Administration Building, the Wilmoth Complex of the Swadley and Moody Houses, Gimbel-Medearis House and the South Haven House. The Hutches Campus is used by MBCH Children and Family Ministries to provide Therapeutic Group Homes for boys and girls and the Transitional Living Program.

The Byrne Campus is located in the Kansas City suburb of Peculiar. This campus opened in 1985 with the construction of the Gebhardt Group Home for boys. Country Haven was added to the campus to provide care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
